Great workout

On Thursday, did another swim, but without my good friend Diane there to encourage -- she was too busy livin' it up in Houston celebrating a recent client win. Good for her! BUT I suffered without her through this workout:
200 warmup
200 flutter kick
100 freestyle
200 paddles/float
6 50s at 1:15 each
200 paddles/float
3 100s at 2:30 each
6 50s at 1:15 each
200 cool down

Geez....tough but a good endurance workout. That was supposed to be my last workout with Coach Paul, since next week is his last week. But I might go two more times, if I can tolerate getting up at 5:30 a.m.

Like the title of my blog - YOU HAVE TO SHOW UP! I've been showing up and it's all good.
